Cancellation and Return Policy

At El Olam Marketing, we offer some products under subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases and the conditions applicable to returns.


Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the links included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

  • When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon become available.
  • At the time of purchase, we may not collect payment, may require a partial deposit, or store your payment method to charge the remaining balance at a future date.
  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not been processed. Once the order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may request a partial or full refund if applicable.

Return Policy and Customized Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • If a customized product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue. Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be issued.

General Conditions

  • All returned products (except customized ones) must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt.
