Terms of service

El Olam Marketing LLC provides custom fabrication services — we charge for the time and materials required to create your custom item, not for a pre-made end product. Because each job is built specifically for the client, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins, and time spent cannot be refunded. If a completed item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to request a replacement or refund. If a project needs alterations, modifications, or to be redone from scratch after approval, extra charges will apply.

Payment Due Date is on receipt of invoice. All jobs need to be 100% paid in advance. If invoice is past due 15 days, ElOlam will charge 10% financing and late penalties compound monthly. Unpaid balances will be reported to credit scoring agencies, and invoices will be sent to collection agencies. All collection-related charges will be billed to the client.

Due Dates – If a specific delivery time is needed, the client must inform ElOlam in advance. If the quote provided indicates the time needed to produce the project (e.g., 14 days), that time starts once the invoice is paid. All quote estimates are valid for 1 week. If a job is quoted outside that 1-week window, the due date may need to be re-evaluated to verify current production availability.
